This product only includes the Bluetooth OBD2 Interface. This is useful for owners of the older USB EcuTek kits that had no Bluetooth capability, or if you happened to have purchased an EcuTek license separately, just need a new interface, etc.

An EcuTek license is also needed to flash tunes onto a car.
