This product only includes the Bluetooth Dongle and its companion USB cable. This is useful for owners of the older USB EcuTek kits that had no bluetooth capability, or if you happened to have purchased an EcuTek license and hardware key separately.

An EcuTek license is also needed to flash tunes onto a car.
