CSG Spec - NA Power Package - Subaru BRZ / Scion FR-S / Toyota 86

CSG Spec packages and products are proven, track-tested, products that meet the rules and regulations requiring at least one catalytic converter, as well as, meeting sound limitations (ie: Laguna Seca, Sonoma, and autocross events) without losing power production. This base package setup has been used by CSG customers in SCCA STX class, GTA Enthusiast Class, and 86CUP Street Class to maximize engine power in a simple and reliable way. Additional add-on items like Flex Fuel can be purchased alongside this base package.

TUNING TYPE
- NA Level 1 - OEM+ (Complete factory vehicle)
- NA Level 2 - Includes setup for Intake, Header, Exhaust, and Flex Fuel Kit
- NA Level 3 - Includes Level 2 + allows for camshafts, head work, built engine, and intake manifold
- NA Level 4 - Includes Level 3 + ITBs


CATBACK EXHAUST
May be paired with an OEM+ Tune if the rest of the vehicle is a completely stock factory trim.
- ACE Laguna 90 - Center Exit Exhaust (SPECIAL ORDER ONLY): complies with 90dB limitations at Laguna Seca. 60mm Exhaust.
- ACE Laguna 100 - Center Exit Exhaust - CSG Spec Oval Tip (SPECIAL ORDER ONLY)
- CSG Spec Touring86 Exhaust - complies with 90dB limitations at Laguna Seca and improves overall sound note without imposing an exhaust restriction. 70mm Exhaust.
- TOMEI 60R - for extreme weight savings and unrestricted sound. (Disclaimer: Titanium exhausts are consumable race products and will deteriorate for high performance application.)

HEADER - EXHAUST MANIFOLD
- ACE A-350: already includes the 350 collector over pipe
- ACE CS400: already includes CS400 specific collector over pipe
- JDL EL 4-2-1: This EL header does not come with an over pipe. It is compatible with OEM or aftermarket over pipes.
- JDL UEL: This UEL header does not come with an over pipe. It is compatible with OEM or aftermarket over pipes.

OVER PIPE (do not select for ACE A-350 or CS400 application)
- ACE Stainless Steel Over Pipe: premium over pipe with straightest possible route.
- Berk Over Pipe: comes with a wideband bung provision.
- Tomei Joint Pipe (Over Pipe): generic aftermarket over pipe.
- JDL Over Pipe / Joint Pipe Combo: Comes in 2.5" Manual or Automatic transmission configurations and catless or catless + double resonated setup.

FRONT PIPE
- ACE Stainless Steel Front Pipe: 76mm front pipe with 63.5mm inlet and outlet flange. The extra volume allows the exhaust gasses to expand and increase overall power to redline.

INDIVIDUAL THROTTLE BODIES (ITB)
- GReddy ITB - requires experienced mechanic for installation.
