Double adjustable shaft assembly allows for improved fine tuning adjustments to compression and rebound bleed.
Quick disconnect
Can easily disconnect the external reservoir from the coilover system. Requires experienced technician for supporting this route to ensure the system is properly pressurized during installation process.
Low friction coatings
The piston rod can be treated with a low friction coating. Due to the low friction coefficient of the coating, the friction is reduced under heavy loads. This occurs with McPherson strut type suspensions when the car is under heavy breaking and cornering. The coating withstands temperatures of up to 300 degrees Celsius (578 degrees Fahrenheit). Advantages of the coating include reduced adhesive wear, lower friction coefficient, and improved sliding properties.
